Kathleen Garmo is a Senior Advisor at Keystone Commercial Real Estate, specializing in tenant and landlord representation, with a particular focus on restaurant and retail spaces. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication from Oakland University, combining business insight with strong interpersonal skills. Kathleen serves as Co-Chair for the Midwest Region of Site Source and also holds a leadership role as Co-Chair of the Next Generation Committee for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), where she helps shape the future of retail real estate.
