Greg Newman is a Principal and Co-Founder of Keystone Commercial Real Estate, where he leverages nearly three decades of expertise to drive client growth across Michigan. Specializing in tenant representation, Greg is a trusted advisor for retail site acquisitions, regional shopping center leasing, and the pre-leasing of new construction projects.
A Western Michigan University alumnus, Greg has been a licensed professional since 1998, honing his craft at Schostak Brothers & Company, Insite Commercial Group, and The Beale Group before founding Keystone.
Beyond his local impact, Greg holds key leadership roles within the industry. He serves as the Secretary on the National Board for the Site Source Broker Network and is an active member of the ICSC Michigan State Board. Outside the office, Greg is an avid outdoorsman and traveler who enjoys hockey, fitness, and spending quality time with his wife and two sons.
