Greg Newman is a Principal and Co-Founder at Keystone Commercial Real Estate. Specializing in tenant representation, his dedication to each client’s needs ensures their success with their growth throughout Michigan. He excels in representing retail tenants and buyers for site acquisitions, leasing of regional and local shopping center space, and pre-leasing new construction retail space. A licensed real estate agent since 1998, and an alumnus of Western Michigan University, Greg acquired commercial real estate experience working at Schostak Brokers & Company, Insite Commercial Group, and The Beale Group.
Greg is active within the SiteSource Broker Network and serves as the Midwest Chair. He is recognized as a CoStar Power Broker for lease transactions in Michigan and is a proud member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) where he currently serves on the State Board as the Co-Chair for the Michigan Idea Exchange Program. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, traveling, working out, hockey games, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
